Who is Philip Carlo?
Philip Carlo is one of America's foremost experts on seriel killers. Over the years Philip has written a number of books based on exhaustive one-on-one interviews with such notorious killers as Richard "The Iceman" Kuklinski and Richard "The Night Stalker" Ramirez.
Shannon's Role
Philip hired Shannon to design and build his personal website, along with corresponding sites for his latest books including "Predators & Prayers" (in stores December 2005) and "The Iceman", which is due in stores in June 2006.
